Description
Molle Plate Carrier Vest
MOLLE is an acronym for Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment. It is used to define the current generation of load-bearing equipment and rucksacks utilized by a number of NATO armed forces, especially the British Army and the United States Army. The system's modularity is derived from the use of PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) webbing as rows of heavy-duty nylon stitched onto the vest to allow for attachment of various MOLLE-compatible pouches and accessories. This method of attachment has become a de facto standard for modular tactical gear, replacing the ALICE system used in the earliest modular vest systems.
This vest has been designed with similar functionality to our other MTP MOLLE assault vest platform, with the added feature of being able to take soft or hard armour plates, negating the need to wear a full Osprey style vest (if the situation allows...).
