All of the goods on this Website are offered by MilitaryOps Ltd, which will be the contracting party for any order that you place.
Privacy & Security
Customers may confidently be assured that at all times we are vigilant in ensuring the privacy of customers information. We fully comply with the requirements of the United Kingdom Data Protection Act 1998 relating to the personal information you supply on this site. We do not store credit card details or share any personal information with any third parties, all information collected by us is used solely by MilitaryOps Ltd and will not otherwise be distributed, sold, rented, traded or used for any other purpose unless required to do so by law. When customers create an account with us we use the information to ensure efficient processing of your order and to notify you of any events that may affect your order. It is entirely optional for you to subscribe to our Newsletter during the order process however from time to time we do offer Discount and Special Offer Promotions via this method.
Orders
Any order that you place constitutes an offer to purchase a product subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right without reason to refuse any order.
All orders placed will be subject to availability and confirmation of the order and price via our "Order Status" email sent to your email address registered at time of purchase.
If you wish to order goods which may only be purchased by persons of a certain age, you will be asked when registering on the Website to declare that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the items. If we reasonably believe that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Prices
All prices are inclusive of UK VAT (but do not include delivery charges).
All prices on the militaryops.co.uk website are in UK Pounds Sterling. You are welcome to use our currency converter but the price at checkout may be slightly different due to the exchange rate constantly changing. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the converted price if the price is incorrect.
We try very hard to ensure that all of the pricing information shown on our website is accurate. Sometimes however an error may occur and goods may be wrongly priced. If we discover there has been an error with the pricing of any item then we will contact you prior to dispatching the order to notify you of the error. You will be asked if you wish to cancel the order, have an alternative or to proceed with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Payment
Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on our payment page. Payment must be made before an order is dispatched, breach of which shall entitle the Supplier to terminate the contract immediately.
There will be no dispatch until cleared funds are received.
Warranty
If the goods MilitaryOps delivers to you are not as ordered, of incorrect quantity or have amanufacturing fault, we will replace the damaged or defective products or if replacement goods are not available, we will issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Hire Charge
We will hire out most used item at a 30% charge of the original cost. Occasionally depending on what the goods are being used for we will hire out new items at the same rate. All new items must be returned with all the original packaging intact accompanied by the original product labels
We will originally charge full price for the ordered items and then refund you in full less the 30% hire charge and any P&P cost incurred. Any goods which have been damaged upon return will not be refunded. All items must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Delivery
1 Postal losses are extremely rare in the UK. In most cases items are returned to us by the Post Office/Courier as uncollected when buyers have reported items as undelivered. Please check with your local delivery office before contacting us about non-delivery. Where items are returned to us we will contact you and a further Postage charge will be made before items can be redelivered.
2. Your package will normally be dispatched via the Royal Mail, Interlink Express or TNT on the same or next business day after cleared payment. We always confirm via email that your Item has been shipped.
Returns
Should you wish to return any of your goods, you may only do so in accordance with our returns policy. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a delay of your refund/exchange
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed by contacting us by e-mail or by post or by telephone during normal office hours. However if a part or item is ordered specifically to fulfil (e-g you order 50 of one item or we have had it made specifically for you) your order then your order cannot be cancelled once we have made payment to our suppliers and the goods have been shipped. We MAY restock these items and reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee.

All intellectual property of MilitaryOps Ltd such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of Militaryops Ltd. By using the Website you agree to respect these intellectual property rights and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose or financial gain any material/pictures contained within the website.
Amendments
MilitaryOps reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at anytime as required.
